Born so early, this tiny child looks much younger than his 10 years. He has physical and developmental problems beyond the scope of imagination for one so young, but with a nick name of "Larry Bear", he can be so loving and affectionate, giving as much as he receives. Turn on loud music and watch him light up and move! He is strong and flexible and has recently learned to walk with the assistance of a walker and a steady hand. His foster mom says that he would walk all day if allowed. Although Larry does not use more than one or two words, his eyes and smile speak volumes and he has the cutest giggle. Constant supervision helps him stay safe and secure. All that this child needs is a forever family who can show him that no matter what limitations he may have come into this world with, the love and care that he deserves is limitless.
