You would never believe that Tim and Kevin are not biological brothers, they have been inseparable for almost a decade. Kevin is 15 years old and is a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and dreams of playing for them one day. He is also very proud of his ability to spot any Dodge truck on the road. Kevin finds school a little difficult, but he and his teachers are working very hard for him to catch up.

Tim can hold his own in a conversation with just about anyone. Very inquisitive by nature, Tim is constantly searching for the next big thing. He loves to stay busy, enjoys basketball, and is an excellent runner. He even talks about wanting to play the cello.

Tim and Kevin couldn't help but beam at each other in their tuxedos. "I am going to need 12 copies of these pictures to give to all my girlfriends" says Tim. They are very excited about the Heart Gallery and the prospect of finding an adoptive family. Kevin and Tim have been in foster care for the last 4 years and dream about finding a permanent home.
